Match Candidates Step Now Supports Matching Against All Candidates for Third-Party AI Integrations

What's New?

A new "Match against all candidates" option is available in the candidate list dropdown of the Match Candidates step. When selected, Bullhorn Automation sends only the job ID to the third-party matching service via webhook, without scoping the match to a specific candidate list.

Why Does it Matter?

Third-party matching providers maintain their own candidate indexes, often enriched with parsed resume data beyond what is stored in Bullhorn. Previously, customers using these integrations were required to select a BHA candidate list, unnecessarily limiting the match scope. This update removes that constraint, allowing third-party providers to evaluate their full candidate pool and return the most relevant matches without any workaround.
